FIRST TREE PLANTED
Last Friday, Anne Speicher took the spade. The partner of Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (third from right) in Paris planted the first tree as a symbol for the start of construction. Together with Laurent Dumas, founder and president of our client EMERIGE, Christophe Bacqué, president of Emerige Residentiel and Catherine Bargatti-Elbaz, mayor of the 12th arrondissement.
At the Place Félix Eboué, a residential and commercial building is now being built which - with its gross floor area of 9,250 m² - will fit perfectly into the historical structure. EMERIGE, the client of Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, is a company with a high cultural demand that realizes quality in architecture.
