As Germany’s capital continues to grow, so does its need for housing. And since housing is one of BEA’s areas of special expertise, in 2010 Dietmar Eberle and Gerd Jäger opened an office in Berlin. In the lively Mitte district, close to "Museumsinsel" and surrounded by galleries, creative offices and studios, we plan and realize extensive residential construction projects as well as administrative, educational and cultural buildings.
