Restructuring of an outstanding heritage building into office spaces.
The "Le Palacio" project demonstrates Baumschlager Eberle Architekten's expertise in the restructuring of cultural assets. Built in 1938, the significant Art Deco building opposite the "La Madeleine" church was the subject of a careful restoration of the building fabric. Our office respected the original character of the building, made ecological interventions and was able to optimise the range of uses because the conditions for this were present in the existing building.
